Nora Information

name: Nora is the dog which lived in the house(which has since burned) where the Saint Louis IMC started, oh those many years ago. In support of our firm anti anthropocentric desire for server names, we so named our server.

background Nora was originally a dual athlon box, purchased in 2002; which was since been rooted several times and generally had poor uptime at our old pro-bono host, acumen-corp.com.

current stuff

*hosting - nora is currently in seattle at seaccp.

*hardware - nora is an iomega 410u NAS box, upgraded with 512 ram and 2 40GB IDE drives in raid (on a good day).

*software - nora runs centos 4 (yay redhat)

*hosted - just stlimc.org and projects and charities of stlimc.org techs. you dont want to host with us.
